Al brings marketing, sales and business development experience working for blue-chip brands both as an executive and as a consultant navigating transformation.

The strategies he proposes are typically implemented by him, or under his direction, ensuring that the idea becomes reality and drives commercial results.

He has worked with a range of organisations including The Advanced Propulsion Centre, AIR Alliance, AirROS, Aston Martin, APCO Worldwide, Auto Retail Network, BBC Top Gear Live, Cenex, Ennis & Co, FISITA, Fair Play Consulting, Farizon, Fleet Europe, Genesis, Imperial Innovations, Indra Renewable Technologies, Jardine Motors Group, Jameel Motors, Kuoni, LEVC, Lexus, Lotus, McLaren Applied Technologies, Meridian Mobility, SMMT Industry Forum, Triumph Motorcycles and Vodafone Automotive. The projects covered the aviation, automotive, business consultancy, education, environmental, food, luxury goods, media, mobility, not-for-profit, professional services and telco sectors.

Al Clarke’s previous executive experience includes:

  • Broadcasting and Journalism 1987-1997 BBC and commercial radio 

Al is chairman of the advisory group for Ennis & Co, and an advisor to the Automotive Council.

He is consulted as a marketing advisor by a number of organisations, chairs conferences and events and is a regular speaker in the field of marketing communications and an advisor to the Auto Sunday and Auto Market Insight publications.
