In 2017 at Triumph Motorcycles I worked with a brand that exceeds customer expectations with products designed, built and sold by passionate people with a story to tell.

The same level of engagement exists in Ennis & Co, the executive search business founded on values that stand the test of time beyond the interview.

And Meridian the new, collaboration-based start-up in driverless vehicle technology.

The common link? Make a clear promise, stick to it and tell your story effectively.

I think the secret is people. Spend 2018 with people who place integrity above short term gain.
